Updating Your Member Profile
Your online member profile provides the general public and other JCCC members with up-to-date contact information and biographical data, as well as your scientific interests, affiliations and notable cancer-related publications.
All member profiles contain the following information:
- Name and title(s)
- Member photo
- Department and program area affiliations
- Contact information
- Scientific interest(s)
- Selected cancer-related publications
Profiles for members with clinical practices include the following additional information:
- Gender and Languages Spoken
- Hospital Affiliation(s)
- Clinical interest(s)
Note that your Selected Publications listing is limited to a maximum of five (5) publications.
The Member Directory is database-driven, and updates to the database are generally made in batches on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Any updates or changes you submit will usually take two to four weeks to appear on the live JCCC website.
To submit updates and/or changes to existing member profile content, contact us via email.
Each member profile includes a companion member photo. Members are encouraged to submit their own photo in electronic form for posting. Supported file formats include .jpg, .tif, .eps and .png. Pixel dimensions are 250 wide by 350 tall (we can resize from larger dimensions).
If you do not have your own photo to submit, or would like to replace your current profile photo, we can arrange to take a new photo at your office or lab location.

Listings of On-Campus Activities and Seminars
If you have an upcoming event or seminar you would like to submit for listing, please contact Nancy Presseau via email. All approved event listings generally take one to two days to be posted to the site.
Do you have any recent research findings, studies or accomplishments that are of interest to the readers of the JCCC website?
All members have access to our Media Relations office for assistance with placing a media release on the website's Latest News section. Media releases are also posted concurrently on all JCCC social media and (if containing video content) our official YouTube channel.
