Care at UCLA for patients in need of bone marrow transplantation services are provided by the Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplantation Program.
As part of the Division of Transplantation Services at UCLA, the Program provides for patients with hematologic malignancies receiving chemotherapy and those patients for whom transplantation is the therapy of choice. The treatment of blood and marrow cancers include currently available therapies, investigational drugs and treatments, as well as stem cell transplantation.
The Program's team of physicians meet weekly to discuss individual treatment approaches as part of developing a coordinated treatment recommendation.

The Transplant Clinic, where the evaluation will normally take place, is located at 200 UCLA Medical Plaza, next to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Parking is conveniently located in parking structures beneath and directly behind the Medical Plaza. (See our location map for more directions.)

Clinical trials involving chemotherapy with or without bone marrow transplantation for patients in remission or relapse are available using allogeneic, autologous and unrelated donors. Transplant programs using bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells are also available.
