Yvonne Chen, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
Co-Director, JCCC Tumor Immunology Program
Dr. Yvonne Chen’s research focuses on applying molecular and synthetic biology techniques to rewire and construct novel biological circuits for applications in health and medicine, particularly in cell-based immunotherapy. Current projects include the engineering of next-generation chimeric antigen receptors and rewiring cytokine signaling pathways for adoptive T-cell therapy against cancer.
Sarah Larson, Ph.D.
Health Sciences Clinical Instructor
Department of Medicine, Hematology/Oncology
Dr. Sarah Larson is interested in identifying novel signal pathways and therapeutics for B cell lymphomas and multiple myeloma. She works with the lymphoma and multiple myeloma cell line panels in the Translational Oncology Research Laboratory (TORL) and conducts clinical trials as a member of the Hematologic Malignancies Program and the Lymphoma Program.
